Ordinary aerators don't compensate for pressure changes in inlet pressure, so the greater the pressure the more water you use. OMNI© Flow Controls on the other hand, use a unique pressure compensation system that saves water, and reduces the amount of energy needed to heat water, by delivering the same flow rate, regardless of water pressure.
|
Water is channeled down the inside walls of the [1] Upper Cartridge Housing to the [2] Flow Passage. As inlet pressure changes, the [3] "T" Elastomeric Control Element deflects up or down, altering the size of the [4] Orifice Adjustment Area to maintain a constant predetermined flow rate. |
